Our client is a leader within the high-tech manufacturing industry experiencing exponential growth globally. As they continue to expand their operations as well as finance capabilities, they are seeking a Group FP&A Manager to join their dynamic and high performing team.
The Role
Reporting to the Global FP&A Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and preparing Group Annual Budget, Monthly Forecast, Quarterly Reporting and Management Review Decks such as key management presentations slides and investor day releases, including relevant commentaries and analyzing critical business trends for presentation at quarterly Audit Committee and Board meetings.
You will work closely with Finance, IT, HR, and other department heads to facilitate budgeting and forecasting cycles and ensure cashflow forecasting. As a key member of the Group FP&A team, you will have the opportunity to support via creating financial models and tools as well as participate in ERP system and dashboard implementations as well as drive process efficiencies such as streamlining and automation of reports as well as other FP&A processes.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate you will possess a degree in accounting or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in a group level/corporate FP&A role
- Prior experience handling a global or APAC portfolio and working with stakeholders across various geographies
- Ability to manage large data sets is a must.
- Exposure to SAP and strong excel skills will be essential. Exposure to BI and visualization tools such as Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, etc will be an advantage
- Exposure in long term range planning and financial modelling will be preferred
