KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct cost estimates and prepare budget proposals for construction projects.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare bills of quantities.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase and report on variances.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
