Admin cum Customer Service Assistant

One Consulting (global) Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule Technician appointments
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Printing, scanning and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, invoices issued etc.)

Requirements:

  • Min ā€˜Nā€™/ ā€˜Oā€™ level /ITE (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Willing to work 5.5 days
