Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule Technician appointments
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Printing, scanning and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, invoices issued etc.)
Requirements:
- Min āNā/ āOā level /ITE (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Willing to work 5.5 days
