Staff Nurse | SNB Registered | Office Hours | 5 Days | Eunos
Salary range : $2500 - $4,000
Location : Eunos
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5:45pm
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the nursing care of the service users by assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating nursing care to meet the needs of the service users;
- Pack and administer medication, perform basic screening and nursing procedures such as wound dressing and administration of injection;
- Communicate and discuss service users’ progress and response to treatment with doctors, nursing and allied health colleagues;
- Document and record care and treatment provided to service users and service users’ progress;
- Provide health education to service users;
- Provide nursing inputs and participate in case conferences/discussions;
- Assist in carrying out evacuation procedure and implementing safe management measures in the centre;
- Provide caregiving education and training to caregivers; and
- Provide nursing inputs and participate in clinical/service quality improvement activities and digitalisation efforts
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma / degree / professional degree in Nursing
- Candidate must be a State Registered Nurse with valid certificate by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
