Individual to be involved in:
1. Ensure customer enquiries/ needs are reviewed such that the Company can meet the requirements.
2. Resolving daily operational problems encountered by subordinates.
3. Understand client needs and customize existing business programs to meet their needs.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
5. Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
1. Supervision daily activities of customer service and operation support team.
2. Ensure appropriate resolution of customer complaints that all actions are implemented and verified for effectiveness.
3. Schedule regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences and visit client offices to strengthen the relationships.
4. Inform clients about company products, services and promotions.
5. Understand client needs and customize existing business programs to meet their needs.
Duration: 6 Months
