The Opportunity

The Senior Communications Design Director reports into the Chief Strategy Office and will be based out of our Singapore office.


• Develop regional media best practices based on industry case studies, established marketing

academia

• Facilitate and support data analysis and insight discovery and application for consumers using propriety tools across the region, as well as 3rd party data and research

• Drive the roll out of propriety tools and systems across APAC region, including inductions and training

• Accountable for the global and regional planning capability and adoption the markets,

• Identify new media partnerships and strategic opportunities from data integration to local

trends, partners and products to drive growth for client

• Partner with our econometrics leads to understand, interpret, and present back leading media

contributors to growth through our “Accelerator” programme

• Consolidate and review local Annual Media Investment plans and share with APAC

Marketing, highlighting any untapped opportunities, or by contrast, red flags, if any

• Have a clear view and understanding of market-by-market budgeting and the potential growth

impact of set budgets

• Conduct internal training

• Maintain strong relationships with key vendors

• Proactively keep track of changes in media tech landscape, identify implications and deploy

appropriate response actions

• In conjunction with the analytics and performance teams, set up consistent standards for

media metrics reporting, update in line with media platforms change.

• Lead QBRs/HBRs and other key client meetings

Join new business pitch teams, bringing Media Planning innovation to proposals

• Assist with existing clients occasionally with brainstorms, innovation sessions etc

• Represent Initiative in Industry functions/ events such as Panels, Round Tables, Awards

members with well-rounded performance goals, evaluations and career paths.
