1. Maintain equipment and systems
- Supervise and assist in driving direction and strategy for optimal maintenance of building-related equipment and systems with respect to the business activities to enhance function efficiency and effectiveness
- Supervise and assist in cross-departmental collaboration on maintenance and repair activities to minimise equipment downtime at customer's sites
- Supervise and assist in formulating pre-emptive strategies to de-risk the building-related equipment and systems from major equipment and systems failures and malfunctions
- Supervise and assist in financial and budgetary requirements of maintenance plans to company's implementation on customer's sites
2. Conduct operations
- Supervise and assist in developing strategic partnerships with stakeholders on operations
- Supervise and assist in establishing best practises for execution and documentation of operations activities
- Supervise and assist in formulating pre-emptive strategies to de-risk the building related equipment and systems from major equipment and systems underperformance
3. Manage responses to emergencies and crisis
- Supervise and assist in driving continuous improvement of company's emergency response planning and crisis management framework
- Supervise and assist in overseeing emergency responses in the company
4. Manage health, safety and environment
- Supervise and assist in establishing strategies and frameworks to drive compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WSH) and Environmental Management System (EMS)
- Supervise and assist in formulating proactive strategies for mitigation of WSH and EMS accidents and incidents
- Supervise and assist in establishing company's sustainable engineering strategies, procedures and guidelines
5. Manage people and organizational functions
- Supervise and assist in establishing the operating and resourcing structure for the function to support business objectives
- Supervise and assist in contributing to the development of the company's risk management framework
- Supervise and assist in driving continuous improvement strategies and change management initiatives at company's level
- Supervise and assist in driving strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
