TSMP Law Corporation seeks dynamic lawyers of between 0 - 3 years PQE with experience in corporate and commercial litigation work to join its disputes team to work with Senior Counsel. The role requires someone who is fluent in both spoken and written Korean. The team will undertake a wide spectrum of corporate/commercial litigation and international arbitration, including shareholder and director disputes, banking and securities, cryptoassets and technology, construction/infrastructure litigation, trust disputes, and restructuring/insolvency work.
