Service Delivery
Execute after sales business activity preventive & condition based maintenance, trouble-shooting, repairs andcommissioning.
Actively coordinate with operation supervisors for optimal service potentials from regular customer interactions.
Proactively involve in self learning and practical exposure for continuous competence and productivityimprovement.
Maintain high level of personal leadership on safety and quality on work performed as well as documentations.
Reports early any technical/contract/quality/program/cost issues to management, along with recommendationsfor resolution
Requirements
- Diploma, ITC or equivalent in Electrical/Electronicsengineering with at least 5 years hands on repair andservice experience on electrical equipment.
- Experience on LV & MV VFD will be an advantage
- Strong electrical or electronics engineeringfundamental knowledge. Knowledge on theory,structure, application, testing methodology andcomponent fault diagnosis/analysis will be addedadvantage.
- Strong self-discipline with initiative and learning spiritwith positive attitude, team work and responsibility.
- Effective spoken and written communication in English.
