- Primary responsible for overall maintenance and support for Automation & Control system in support operation on 7 days per week and 24 hours a day basis.
- Ensure all operation and maintenance works are carried out in a safe manner.
- Accountable for the on-the-job safety and health of contractors, vendors under his direct supervision.
- Meet site EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) and GMP requirements and site procedures.
- Ensure timely and quality of works executed are met to support plant operations.
- Responsible for the maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) and the troubleshooting support of plant Manufacturing Control System in Wet and Dry Process, Dry Blending and Packaging Areas in compliance with the Site Safety and GMP procedures in 12-hrs rotating shift.
- Responsible to support any system projects being executed internally or by vendors.
- Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.
- Take part in continuous improvement efforts/ projects.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/ Food/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Plant or Automation industry or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- ITC/ NITEC/ Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation or related discipline or GCE "N/ O/ A" Level with more than 3 years of experience
