Main Responsibilities:
The Senior Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) & Sustainability is responsible for managing company's Quality, Health & Safety, Security, Environmental, Business Continuity and Anti Bribery policies, standards, procedures in accordance with company's business excellence, business assurance compliance, and business needs.
Other Responsibilities:
- Manages and reviews company's Environmental policy, standards, procedures and the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with business needs.
- Manage company’s QHSSE business resources including manpower, internal assets and external vendors / contractors.
- Lead and provide guidance in relations to sustainability & green efforts within the business vertical and across the organisation.
- Provide technical advice and support to other departments on QHSSE and aviation fuel issues and leads a department and make business decisions independently.
- Manage resources and persuasive to obtain buy-in among internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, engineering, or a related field.
- Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Safety Management.
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with Ministry of Manpower for at least 5 years.
- Certificate in Fire Safety Manager (FSM) is an advantage.
- Registered with SCDF for minimum 2 years is an advantage.
- Knowledge in aviation Fuel is an advantage.
