Job Summary:
Involve in the administration of the customer’s order from reception of the order to final payment, including sourcing, procurement, invoicing, shipment.
Responsible for the sourcing, procurement, integration of the new articles in system and stock management.

- Location: Changi
- Working hours: Mon to Friday, 9am-6pm (Hybrid WFH arrangement)
- Salary Range: Up $4700 + AWS
Job Scope:
- Acts as liaison with internal (sales, technical and warehouse teams) and external parties such as suppliers
- Create PO in SAP
- Verify of vendor Performa Invoice /Sales order against system cost
- To alert and review with Logistic Manager on all purchase price variance before document is executed to vendors
- Review with planner on stock replenishment
- Communicating with customers
Requirements:
- Knowledge on regulation such as - cross trading, incoterm, custom regulation, documentary credits.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Min 5 years of relevant experience
