The role will be reporting to the Business Manager as a key member of the Sales Team in QT Instruments. This is a customer facing role supporting Sales, Operations, and Product Management who will be responsible for the execution of orders with the primary focus on building a strong relationship and providing superior customer experience.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and is able to work under general direction using discretion to complete tasks, frequently solves problems through research of multiple alternatives, builds stable working relationships with internal and external contacts, and impacts the immediate workgroup through accuracy of tasks and information provided.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales quotations and update information to the company’s Sales CRM system
- Manage Key Account Customers’ daily blanket orders and contracts including coordinating deliveries.
- Ensure orders renewal and continuity together with the sales and marketing team.
- Building and maintaining client relationships: Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and keeping them informed of updates and promotions.
- Meeting sales targets: Work to meet or exceed team sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue and optimal gross profits for the company.
- Reporting and sales tracking: Effectively make use of “Salesforce” (CRM software) to keep detailed records of selling activities, maintain an updated customer database, and report on sales performance to management in timely fashion.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales tenders.
- Any other duties assigned by Senior Management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2-years’ experience in customer facing environment. (healthcare industry preferred)
- Must have experience processing orders in various systems. (e.g. Salesforce)
- Looking to find a service-oriented person with good Interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Able to manage multi-tasking in tight deadlines and cross-functional team communications
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, think creatively and take on challenges, and proactively solve problems.
