Our client is an award-winning REITs developer across the APAC region handling some of the world’s most preferred MICE destinations. With its world-class infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities, they are looking to further develop its capabilities across the region and are seeking an Executive/Senior Executive of Marketing Communications to join their ever-growing team in Singapore.
Your Future Role
- Employ the use of data analytics and drive impact at scale through actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Work closely with existing partners, actively source potential partners to grow the loyalty partnership eco-system.
- Collaborate with mall tenants through discussions and potential collaborations using the internal communication platform; perform platform training (Voucher Acceptance, Rewards, Flash Sale etc.) to tenants.
- Drive effective engagement with members via communication channels such as eDM, website, in-app notification and other digital touchpoints, exclusive members events, gamification and any other value-added services or new initiatives.
- Source and create content for internal channels (e-letters, employee communication sessions) across regions, that authentically showcases our brand DNA, culture and people for employee engagement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing / Digital Communications in the retail / hospitality / tourism industry, with a passion for data and communications or at least 2 years experience managing loyal programme
- Experience in driving partnerships or demonstrated success in customer relationship management from acquisition, conversion to retention.
- Independent and pro-active individual with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partners, cross-collaborate and multi-task.
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint), Business Intelligence tools (eg Microstrategy, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
