· Planning of manpower and materials for both Projects and Maintenance Sites.
· Ensure that productivities are achieved as set by Management.
· Understand client’s needs and expectations of the works and to carried out both in the process and construction area.
· Monitoring and implementing plans for improvement in “Hands on tools”.
· Participate in client’s Safety, Productivity & Quality programs.
· To support and participate Site visit and survey for Tender and Costing Preparation.
· Estimation of cost and budget for the projects to establish details.
· Evaluation of Subcontractors management for project and maintenance site.
· Attend commercial, technical and operation clarification meeting and kick-off meeting.
· Assist and guide to all supervisors for operational site various issues.
· Follow up on monthly progress claim submission from Sites supervisors to submit on time to client.
· To check and verifies Sub Contractors claim (Invoices) in line with agreed with Project Scope of Works.
· Close monitoring on daily operational Projects, Maintenance and Other Ad Hoc projects sites cost control.
· Regular visit to client and plant owner to maintain good relationship and listen feedback of company daily operation.
· To conduct monthly operation meeting with projects and maintenance team to take feedback and improvement together with Safety Team.
· To participate project’s management, walk about as and when required.
· Prepare Safe Work Procedures, Risk Assessment, Method Statement, Fall Prevention Plan (FPP), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) together with site team.
· Close monitor usages on all job site company’s properties, vehicle, materials, equipment and tools are regularly inspected and good taken care off.
· Recommend increment, safety award, performance award to workers of good performance & safe practices at job site.
· Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
