We are looking for an organised individual to support the team in coordinating, and managing all aspects of operations and logistics arrangement for the company’s the day-to-day activities at the Atelier.
Oversee daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Support the FOH with customer relationships and order management.
Maintain a pristine and aesthetically pleasing storefront.
In charge of the general maintenance of the shop including kitchen and storage.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with tact and efficiency.
Assist in preparation and schedule for deliveries, ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Organise and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and prevent shortages.
Liaise with suppliers to purchase/rent/replenish necessary items required.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistics activities.
Assist on any ad-hoc tasks/projects.
