Responsibilities

  • Work pass application, issuance & renewal
  • Prepare letter and help new Bangladesh worker go to embassy for IPA stamp
  • For whoever first come Singapore book BCA appointment let them go for stamp
  • Purchase security bond & PCP for new staffs
  • Do pre-entry housing check for each of the new worker
  • Arrange each new staff go to Onboard Centre quarantine for 3 days
  • Responsible for worker's dormitory check in & check out
  • Check and follow up all staff's CSOC Course expiry date and help them to book new course or re-certificate course
  • Purchase Foreigner Worker Medical Insurance & WIC
  • Book appointment & arrange new staff for work permit card registration
  • Monthly prepare staff salary, calculate overtime and process payroll
  • Responsible for CPF submission , paying foreigner worker Levy and apply for levy waiver
  • Prepare invoices for main contractor as per payment claim & prepare payment for suppliers
  • Manage and record daily expenses , prepare monthly Profit and Loss Statement , prepare monthly Project Report
  • Record Staff Master List, safekeep staff personal files
  • Prepare staff contracts & employee's letters( Bank letter, resignation letter, employment letter, Letter of Commitment ) & any related letters requested by management
  • Answer phone calls, reply emails, preparation documents for Boss
  • Liase with agency regarding for manpower recrument
  • Responsible for GST Submission
  • Yearly Income Tax Submission


Requirements:


  • Prior experience in office management will be a bonus
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous and attention to detail.
