Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets individually or by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, PC literate and able to work independently.
