Job Description:
· Read, reply, record and follow-up job orders via email, message or phone call
· Respond promptly to customer enquiries
· Process customer orders promptly and accordingly
· Handling Customers complaints
· Support within Operations Department
Job Requirements:
· Preferable have some Marine experience
· Responsible and committed Team Player
· Good communication and interpersonal skills including Oral & Writing
· Proficient in using computer applications / systems (includes MS Office)
· Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in related field for this position
· Willing to work for 1 Day ON / 1 Day OFF shift
