Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist Contracts Manager in vetting of documents, email drafting, letter correspondences, NDAs, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and multi-tasking on a few projects.
- Assist in handling contractual mattersfrom the project teams and following up closely with them in close collaboration with the Contracts Manager.
- Assist in preparing documentation for various requirements and write-out for Adjudication Applications as and when requireddirected by the Contracts Manager.
- Obtains, compiles, and evaluates quotations from the respective suppliers/vendors according to tender requirements.
- Prepare bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring and estimating materials and labour costing.
- Carry out the detailed breakdown pricing.
- Attend onsite and consultants’ meetings and liaise with clients, architects and associate consultants in the administration of projects
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of workingexperiences in M&EQuantity surveying.
- Experience in handling large-scale construction projects will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge and application of SOP Act, PSSCOC and SIACOC will be an added advantage.
