Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent pre- and post-customer service
- Display high level of professionalism and work ethics
- Liaise with Operations Team to fulfil customers’ requests
- Training will be provided if no prior experience
- Handle online sales enquiries
- Communicating with customers
- Preparation of shipping documentation and other relevant documentation
