Responsibilities
Reporting to the Associate Director (Community Networks and Partnerships), the Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the following areas:
Admin support & event coordination
- Liaising with website vendor and partners for requirements gathering for OSCAR* microsite
- Planning OSCAR Night (signature event), working with CNP to select external event organiser and to start planning to ensure the event admin and logistics are well managed
- Assisting with the admin and logistics for OSCAR Social networking and learning events e.g. refreshments, preparation of slides, scribe for the discussions
- Updating database of TF partners and OSCAR grantees for internal database and preparing for microsite accounts

Requirements
· A diploma/degree from a recognized institution in business or social science
· Ideally at least 1-2 years’ relevant work experience in admin and event management
· Proficiency in MS Office applications, database management, online forms and basic design platforms e.g. Canva
· Good communication skills
· Good coordination skills and resourceful
· Possesses a sharp eye for details and able to follow-up with multiple stakeholders and partners
· A team player and able to handle tasks independently as well
