JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the entire kitchen operation to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Prepare hot and cold dishes, ensuring adherence to specified requirements.
- Contribute to menu and recipe planning and development.
- Supervise, train, and develop kitchen staff to maintain consistent work performance.
- Ensure quality control and impeccable food presentation.
- Guarantee proper handling and storage of all food items according to Company standards and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in overall restaurant operations for seamless functioning.
- Participate in cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage and maintain planned food costs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possession of Food Hygiene Audit Certificate (WSQ) - preferably.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
