Job Description
- Handles the full spectrum of accounts receivable and collection duties.
- Prepares inter-company billings.
- Liaison with clinics and external parties on billing matters.
- Monitoring of AR aging for prompt collection of overdue payments.
- Performs monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
- Proper maintenance of documentation and filing.
- Assists in stock take, month-end closing and audits.
- Performs any other duties to be assigned by the reporting manager.
Job Requirment
- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalents.
- Proficient in Oracle NetSuite will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on skill in Microsoft Office applications.
