Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm / 9am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Job Scope
- Office management, administrative and facilities support to the department
- Secretarial and administrative assistance to the department
- Coordinate/plan schedule of appointment, department presentations, training and related activities
- Coordinate travel arrangement, air ticket, accommodations, transportation and travel visa application
- Process travel expenses/claims
- Calendar management
- IT support (asset / role request, etc)
- Event management (Team building / conferences/ training / department lunches)
Job Requirement
- Min. 3-4 years of work experiene in office admin
