Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a supervisor to assist the site operation manager to supervise and evaluate workers performance and keeping accurate records of workers attendance
Must be able to lead a team of workers, assist and hands-on together with the workers to carry out the assigned work (washing of toilets, mopping, vacuuming, jetting, scraping and washing of mirrors) within the time schedule.
Must be contactable by means of hand phone at any time including weekend and public holidays
Ability to communicate with management and workers and able respond to customer’s complain and request
Carry out routine check of machineries and carry out minor repairs and report to the operation manager if required major repairs or replacement
Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays
Monitor all works that are carried out according to safety procedures
Diploma Holder’s preferred
Physically fit
Have good interpersonal skills
Min 3 to 5 year’s relevant experience
Salary commensurate with working experience and qualifications
