Your responsibilities include:
• Spending with our wonderful design and research team. Together you'll try to understand the business goals of your project with Business Architect and Solution Architect to create impactful, amazing, beautiful design that fulfills the user and business needs.
• Producing drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions through the design brief from our Creative Director.
• Participate in various design projects from concept to completion and translate business goals and objectives into wireframes and beautiful designs.
• We want you if you are one who have opinions, believe in their ideas and are willing to fight for them. But we also want people who can recognise when a better argument or solution is put before them.
• Use feedback from other designers and peers to improve.
• You will be required to participate and assist in our user testing or design thinking workshops
• Take on special design tasks.
• Pitch creative ideas.
• A keen eye for design and detail.
• Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude.
Requirement
• You must have completed a diploma, degree in the field in digital design, user experience design or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as UI/UX Designer
• Experience with design software (e.g. Figma, Sketch and Adobe Products)
• Showcase design or art works that you have done whether it is for personal, study and work.
• Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping)
• Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts) Teamwork skills
