Roles & Responsibilities
· Manage daily operations of production including cleaning
· Plan realistic cost & production schedule to meet KPI
· Monitor wastage, overtime, staffing and expenses spending
· Analyse & improve production processes towards productivity efficiency
· Ensure cost efficiency of production from raw materials to end product
· Innovative in initiating production/product improvement
· Prepare budget, production plans & activity to meet target
· Ordering supplies, equipment repairs and other materials to keep the operation smooth
· Monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate for production
· Ensure food safety in production, handling and storage
· Compliance with regulation standards in manufacturing (GMP)
· Practical experience in compliance with ISO/HACCP standards
· Training of production employees
Requirement
· Degree/Diploma in & Food science/Food Technology/Manufacturing engineering or equivalent
· Min. 5 years experience in food production with relevant experience in plant based industry
· Knowledge of food processing machinery and packing machinery
· Strong leadership quality with ability to manage different levels of staff
· Problem solving skills
· Effective & clear communication skills
· Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
