Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Prepare quotations for customers
- Generate sales orders accurately and promptly.
- Manage order fulfilment.
- Process invoices and delivery orders, ensuring timely payments and deliveries.
Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate with the freight forwarder to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Prepare import/export shipping documents for customs clearance.
- Track shipments and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Communicate order status updates to customers as needed.
E-commerce Support:
- Prepare and upload product listings with accurate content to e-commerce platforms (Carousell, Shopee, Shopify).
- Manage inventory levels and update listings accordingly.
- Respond to customer inquiries via e-commerce platforms.
Customer Service:
- Attend to walk-in customers.
- Answer incoming calls and emails professionally
- Provide general customer support and information regarding orders and products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a small-medium enterprise (SME) is preferred.
