Machinery Operations (Production Line)
Machine operations take care of all machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability. They need to ensure that the machine works at its full capacity, oversee its maintenance, and perform timely quality checks. The Operations Executive should be a self starter and should be willing to undergo training if need be, to understand the operations of new equipment. The Operations Executive may work with mechanical or computer-operated equipment, must be technically-inclined and be able to properly utilize tools and machinery. Since problems with machinery may arise, a machine operator must be able to analyze situations and find solutions.
We are looking for a skilled machine operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You’ll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production.
A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers.
Production Industry
Production focuses on the process of combining various material inputs to make something for consumption. Job roles in this area concern the manufacturing process, quality assurance, supervising, maintenance, etc.
Operations (On-Site Deployment)
The Operations Executive will also be assisting in providing on-site technical support for projects using our products. The Operations Executive will be responsible for the maintenance of all equipment used and handle basic administration for the role.
To perform this role successfully, the Operations Executive must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily with a right attitude to maintain the Company’s high quality standards and be able to adhere to the safety and regulations as needed.
Objectives of this Role:
The goal will be to ensure that production procedures and on-site deployment will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.

Responsibilities:
Machinery Operations & Maintenance (Production Line)
- To ensure that machinery operations and maintenance upholds the Quality assurance standards
Operations (On-Site Deployment)
- Assist in disinfecting services in accordance with Company’s operating procedures and guidelines
- Adhoc work and administration for field tests and projects when assigned
Requirements:
- O'Level, Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC; technical certification is a plus
- At least 2-3 years proven experience as an Operations Executive or related to technical operations in a Manufacturing/Production Line
- Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
- Understanding of production procedures
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina and strength
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Able to work on overtime when needed, might be required to work on weekends as needed
- Singaporean/Singaporean PR.
- Able to start work immediate or within a short notice period.
