About the Job
This role requires detailed planning, budgeting, execution, and management of hybrid / virtual / in-person conferences in the Asia Pacific region. Experienced in building and managing a team will be essential.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in similar capacity with medical society secretariat functions, speakers & delegates management, delegates recruitment, registration management, call for papers, database management
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day project planning functions, including but not confined to overseeing elements such as website development, attendee management and budget management
- Coordinate and work with the project team to manage and oversee the logistics requirements among stakeholders, service providers, venue managers and attendees
- Ad hoc duties assigned
