The Responsibilities:
This position plays a pivotal role in assisting their clients in discovering the complete capabilities of their human workforce and boosting productivity by creating and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Power Platform and Center of Excellence tool kits
- Design and craft applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents
- Engage with clients to gather business requirements and implement solutions to tackle challenges.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of functional and solution specifications
- Tailor and customize standard workflows, dashboards, forms, and views, as well as develop standard or custom reports.
- Leveraging a variety of Out-of-The-Box connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate, and create custom connectors.

The Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in designing and crafting solutions with Power Platform
- Well-versed in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder
- Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, functional/technical specifications, designing, developing, testing, deploying the applications and providing production support
- Ability to produce complex reports using Power BI and integrate Power BI reports and dashboards into PowerApps
- Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications is a plus
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
- Excellent communication skills
