Finance & Cash Analyst (West/1 Year Contract/ Up to $4800)
Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process including invoice distribution, collections and past due tracking, dispute management, cash application
- Credit Assessment for new customers
- Orders and backlog management and reporting
- Inventory forecasting
- Support monthly & quarterly close process - estimates, tracking actuals
- Support zone finance budgeting, forecasting and reporting process
- Other ah-hoc processes e.g. BG preparation, statutory audit etc
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of progressive finance experience, preferred FP&A experience
- Excellent analytical skills, able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, BOXI, Hyperion, etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup etc)
- Self-motivated, high-energy individual
- Proven communication and stakeholder management skills
- 1 year contract
