Job Summary:

- Location: Buona Vista
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- To handle important FM engineering management in the data centre.
- To be responsible for all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities
- To manage support fire protection and suppression system, electrical system, water detection system, DCIM, ACMV, genset, etc.
- To be responsible for all security systems, CCTV and card access.
- To handle asset management for DC.
- To manage annual building power shutdown.
- To manage DC shutdown script and ensure all testing and maintenance are conducted orderly.
- To be the first line of escalation point 24x7 under MSL for all critical alarms and equipment
- To manage and raise incident reports.
- To manage lifecycle replacement/sustainment plan to mitigate any risk or breakdown.
- To support and execute all DC projects, including but not limited to delivering and ensuring that all incident reports are recorded.
- To raise, review, and approve all work orders, risk assessments, and method statements
- To follow up and submit quotations for any break-fix and enhancement works.
- To ensure licence renewal
- To be the liaising point with building management for building infra-supporting MSL.
- To support all site work requests when called upon
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least NITEC/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering/Building
- Candidate must have relevant Data Center Environment experience
- Candidate must be able to start work immediately
