Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation:Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and efficiency.
- Kitchen Hygiene:Ensure high standards of kitchen hygiene and perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Inventory Management:Attend to all kitchen duties, including regular stock checking and managing supplies.
- Cleaning and Maintenance:Implement and maintain a routine cleaning schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment.
- Supervision:Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
- Ad Hoc Duties:Undertake additional assignments and ad hoc duties as required by the kitchen management.
- Reporting:Report directly to the Chef-in-charge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
