- Handling one shop, from sales to customer service
- Find and lead shop's Staffs to achieve targets
- Ability in handling operation of a shop, responsibility to sales performance and service performance
- Can work under fast-paced and passions to serve customers under any conditions
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in medical herbs related retail shop
- Able to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
- Pleasant disposition
- Able to read and Write chinese (liase with chinese supplier for chinese herbs and medicine)
- Willing to work on weekend and public holidays
- Weekday off, must follow the working schedule
