The incumbent will be working closely with HR team, to be involved in the recruitment and other human resources activities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Assist in the administration and execution of HR functions and processes assigned e.g. recruitment, orientation, processing of new appointments, contract renewals, exit management, performance management, administration of leave, employee benefits, compensation, awards, communication and staff wellness programmes, etc.
- Organize files, printing, perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Interaction with stakeholders internally and externally of the organization
- Manage end-to-end training administration processes including tracking attendances, event management, sending email reminders to employees who have yet to complete their required training hours, preparing of training reports, and agreements.
- Tracking and collation of Feedbacks in different platforms
- Audit – Maintain a secured archival to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises.
- Other works or adhoc projects as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong initiative with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with basic Microsoft Office applications
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, meticulous, able to multi-task
- Positive attitude, high energy and willing to learn
