Responsibilities:
- Management of Journal Entry, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables functions
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports & accounts related duties
- Responsible for month and year end closing
- Preparation of bank reconciliation and GST returns
- Coordinate year end audits
- Provide other administrative support and other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Min. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Preferably with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Accounts
- Good Microsoft Excel skills, computer literate and experience in computerized accounting system
- Experience in SAP accounting software would be advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, good sense of urgency and works independently
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skill, initiative and self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
