Customer Care Officer (1 Year Contract) x 8
Work Office Location : North (Accessible by MRT)
Working Hours : Mon – Fri, 830am – 6pm, Alternate Sat: Half day
Main Responsibilities
- Provide advisories to facilitate the employment of both local and foreign manpower in Singapore, handling claims and complaints regarding employment and related disputes etc.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any new/change information to ensure accurate advice are given to customers.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with constant introduction of new government policies and requirements
- Handle calls during crisis situations and build rapport with the callers and report to supervisors for further action.
- Providing feedback on processes, suggesting improvements to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Must be comfortable in handling queries from callers
- No experience required as training will be provided
