Reporting Structure :
- You report to the Digital Director of OMD Singapore
- You are expected to manage your team (Senior Performance Planners / Performance Planners / Executives) that are being deployed in your business.
As a Senior Manager at our agency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies for our clients. You will lead a team of talented professionals and work closely with clients to achieve their marketing objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital media channels, excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationship, acting as the main point of contact for key accounts
- Understand client's business goal and translate them into effective digital media strategies
- Provide strategic recommendation and insight
Team Leadership and Development
- Learn and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting the growth and development of team members
- set clear objectives
Digital Strategy Development
- Develop and executive comprehensive digital marketing strategies that aligns with client's objective
- Oversee the planning and implementation of digital campaigns across various channels, including PPC, programmatic, social media
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimizations
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendation for improvements
Budget Management
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
- Monitor campaign spend and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget constraint
Process/Strategy
- Be our biddable media platform planning & activation expert (eg Google Ads, DV360, Facebook/IG, TikTok)
- Improve the current workflow & optimization processes
- Work as both a leader and hands-on expert to assist junior team members with delivering results for clients.
- Champion new search tools, settings & technologies across accounts and help activate any existing ones that are not in place
Requirements :
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in a performance media and client servicing role.
- Strong technical understanding of Google Ads, Social, Programmatic planning and implementation.
- Strong communicator - possesses excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Be a proactive self-starter and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
- Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple clients / projects at once
- Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data
