Job Responsibilities:
1. Engage members and accountancy community on engagement initiatives:
- Liaising party to engage members on GEMS engagement activities
2. Key team member on marketing and publicity efforts to drive registrations for member engagement events:
- Develop content for social media posting
- Design marketing collaterals
- Corporate website update and maintenance
- Marketing and outreach for related events
- Support emails sent to career support and [email protected] (average 100 emails monthly)
3. Aid operationalisation of initiatives to support targeted group of members (including government agencies, finance leaders, young accountants, global talent programme and collaboration partners):
- Perform tasks in members’ engagement activities, including event planning, registration set-up, monitoring registrations, logistics support, enquiries
- Support information research, data collection and visualisation activities for reporting purposes
Job Requirement:
- A diploma or degree in business, marketing or events management
- 2 years of working experience
- Prior experience in engagement role/events management/ professional membership body would be an added advantage
- Meticulous and detail-oriented mind with a natural ability to multi-task
- Social media savvy and creative
- Able to work well independently, as well as in a team
