Working hours: 9am to 6pm / Mon to Fri (may have to work retail hours at times)
Job Scope
- Supporting and optimizing the day-to-day activities of the operations department.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient processes, effective resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising operations staff.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and implement improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Job Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in operations management or a similar role in retail industry is a plus.
