We are seeking a IT Senior Executive with business system analyst and strong vendor management experience to join us in maintaining, optimizing and delivering business applications solution for our line of business.
This role will be working in a highly dynamic environment that utilizes strong vendor management skills and functional understanding of various systems across our organisation for problem solve or identify areas for improvement for the business.
- Partner the IT and Business Teams in the provision of Line of Business (LOB) IT solutions for the Business Unit with right value proposition
- Analyze Line of Business system operation process and identify the area of improvement / and manage the change / optimization implementation.
- Under general supervision, understand business problems, develop and deliver Business solution IT solutions as well as maintaining these solutions
- As LOB (Line of Business) Systems application custodian, Overseeing Managed Service team and vendors team activity to ensure the LOB systems BAU operation and performance as per business expectation and SLA whilst ensuring the operation adhere to policy and regulatory requirement
- Manage Internal Stakeholders escalation and help on conflict resolution
- Assist in audit activities both internal and external.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Business / System Analyst or Project coordinator
