With over 300 associates onboarded, the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Xplore Programme provides a 6-month structured training to equip you with the most advanced technologies for Software Development within the industry. You will get the opportunity to work across a myriad of industries, push boundaries and work with a diverse group of people, ensuring successful project deliveries.
You will get to:
Kick start with a 6-month training programme. After the programme, you will be assign to a project to embark your career with TCS.
- Keep abreast with the latest technologies and skillsets during structured training
- Learn from mentors during on-job-training to gain industry exposure
- Participate in activities beyond the programme to deepen engagement with the organisation and the society
Who are we looking for?
- Only Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
- Possess a diploma/bachelor’s degree (Graduated between Jun 2021 to Jun 2024)
- Able to start on 04 July 2024
- Open to all field of studies*
- Keen interest in pursuing a career in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) landscape
- Eager to learn attitude and commitment to progress in the IT industry
