Job Scope:
Sales Generation:
Prospect and identify potential clients through various means such as cold calling, networking, and industry research.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong and positive customer relationships.
Understand customer needs, provide customized solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our printing and IT services.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Analyse market data to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Quotation and Proposal Preparation:
Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for clients. The ability to present our value proposition effectively is extremely important in this role.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related opportunities in our CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
- Min. 1-2 years of working experience is an added advantage
