Job Description
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on product performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to product enhancement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver technical training to customers and internal teams.
- Act as a technical lead on customer projects, guiding junior engineers when necessary.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including application notes, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
- Provide regular status reports on ongoing projects and support activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in semiconductor equipment field service or a related technical role.
- Experience with Java, C++, Script programming on equipment and debugging tools will be an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites both domestically and internationally as required
