Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the area assigned by HR.
• Cleaning of common areas in the office eg: areas within workstations, meeting rooms (before and after used), working desks and chairs, high dusting, pantry, shared walkways and collect and dispose rubbish daily.
• Clean office floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming.
• Assist with the office events (eg: table and chairs arrangements, deliveries and staying back as and when required. • To be punctual and work according to time slot assigned.
• Ensure daily cleaning operation without fail.
• Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.
• Valuable items found to be returned back to the reception area and to be recorded
