Job Description
Engineer will lead in analysing business and system requirements in close co-ordination with different verticals. Providing technical guidance and help in setting up a team that shall work on activities related to airframe system design, management plan, parts reliability analysis, component library creation for functional schematic diagram. Coordinate with Program Engineering (project, design.,etc.) to ensure safety of designs. Provide periodic update on project progress, quality metrics, project summaries, and other related documents. As a key role to assist in estimates across design & analysis development lifecycle.

Job Requirement
• 2 to 5 Years of major experience in aerospace domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering /Aerospace Engineering.
• Working experience in Airbus environment preferable with A330 and A320/A321 aircrafts.
• Experience in Passenger to Freighter Conversions (P2F) would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of reading AIRBUS drawing and tolerances.
• Experience in Aircraft structure design, structural repairs, concessions and aircraft build support.
• Better understanding of production queries during build/ conversion/ integration.
• Finding solutions for discrepancies in the area of structure and coordinating with all effected teams like static, fatigue and production.
• Production oriented design of the necessary repair parts (primary and secondary structures).
• Experience in documenting Non-conformities like Engineering Authorization (EA), Design Query Notes (DQN)…etc.
• Quick support for minor changes in drawing to create Design Change Note (DCN).
• Experience in PDM tools Windchill/Teamcenter and release process.
• Experience in working with CAD tools CATIA V5, Solidworks and Creo.
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and have high degree of proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours (early or late as needed) to interface with customer personnel.
