Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical and administrative duties including phone enquiries, clinic registration, patient appointment scheduling and walk-ins
- Liaise with patients and their family members about follow-up appointments
- Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medication to patients
- To assist doctors in consultation, examination, treatment and vaccination
- Handle feedback promptly and efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service as frontline staff and clinic ambassador
- Collect payments, perform cashiering duties and basic administrative duties
- Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min to possess at least a O/N-level
- Possess basic MS Office skills.
- Working experience in clinic related field preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer and patient oriented
- Possess conflict resolution skills and responsive
- Attention to details and meticulous
- Positive attitude, team-player spirit and ability to work independently and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit to shift work based on the clinic’s operating hours
