Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, bills report
  • Preparation of utilities billing to customers and answer queries from customers
  • Monitor and verify job arrangement and expenses from operation team and recharge to customer if necessary
  • Arrange payment to supplier for work arrangement from operation team
  • Liaise between vendors and customers on payment related matters
  • Handle the maintenance of broadband and utilities accounts (new sign up, renewal / termination/ inspection appointment/ transfer balance of contract)
  • Any other duties as assigned for the accounting function

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent would be an advantage
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
